- Avoid using river sand, as it contains clay. Clay promotes cracking and improper curing aggravates cracking / dampness.
- Use M Sand (plastering grade) to conserve existing rivers and ground water.
- Order RenderCon sachets by calling RenderCon Call Center [89785 39191] or write to us on mail@rendercon.com describing your flat size.
- Handover the sachets to your builder / mason and request to use one sachet for every bag of cement while mixing mortar for plastering.
- Instruct not to use any other chemical along with RenderCon.
- Finish your plaster in single coat.

- Quality River Sand is not only scarce today but also almost unavailable. Clay is almost unavoidable across all river sand.
- In the name of River Sand, many are getting Filter sand and pit sand, which contains lot of clay. Clay induces cracking in plastering, while improper curing aggravates cracking / dampness.
- Cracks and dampness will peel-off paint / putty etc.
- MSand is a nice alternative to River Sand. M Sand is being used in concrete for over 20 years.
